Neutrogena Cleanser & Toner

Good Morning. Happy Saturday!!! I just wanted to share with you two products that I live by. I was just looking for a simple cleanser and makeup remover. I don't have acne so I didn't need anything special so I decided to try the neutrogena beand. I fell in love with these products. It thoroughly cleans off the makeup and leaves your face feeling fresh. It is definitely a must have.

New Piercings (Nose & Industrial)

Good Morning. Welcome to a new week. For the past couples of weeks I have been contemplating on getting my nose re-pierced and also getting my industrial done. On Friday night, I finally came to a decision so Saturday morning I got up and went to the piercing studio that I had previously went to before.

Nose Piercing - I had my nose pierced twice before. The first time my job wasn't allowing it even though other members had it before and there were others who did it after me as well. So from removing the piercing it wasn't healing so I took it out. The second time the nose ring wasn't staying in. It kept coming out and eventually I lost the nose ring when I was sleeping. So after a year I decided to pierce it once again. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm lol. Even though the guy numbed the area it still hurt when it was getting done. On a level of 1-10 being 10 the most painful I would say a 5. 

Industrial Piercing - I was genuinely so scared about doing this piercing. I didn't know what to expect. I watched a couple of videos on it before I decided to do it. Again the guy numbed the area and I actually didn't feel a thing. Like nothing at all. I would honestly give it a 1. Now that it has been more than a day it only hurts when I clean it or my hair bounces it. But it was so easy to get done. I was worried about nothing. 

I am in love with both of them. I don't want to live my life wishing that I should have done certain things. So I hope you guys take note. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Have a safe and blessed week.

Poetic Justice Braids

Good Morning guys and welcome to a brand new week. Today is the 29th of February which makes it a leap year. We got an extra day in the year so make the most of it. Sadly I will be spending it at work and class today lol. But I hope you all are doing something much more exciting than I am.

When I took out the straight coloured weave I had in for Carnival I washed my hair and I did braids. These kind of braids are considered to be Poetic Justice Braids. The following pictures are just different ways I have styled them so far. I have used 3 and 3/4 packs of Super X Braids in the colour 1 which is black. Rubber band was used at the beginning of the plait. I placed the hair in boiling hot water so it can seal the ends and make the hair lighter. After it was cut to a desired length.

Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Good Morning, I just wanted to share with you all a dish I prepared on Friday. My mom doesn't cook on Fridays. I don't know why. It has just become a tradition from since my grandmother was alive. So I decided to prepare this dish. As always I can never get good quality pictures but I tried my best. The outcome of this was great. You can purchase this already packaged in a bowl but money wise it made more sense to acually make it myself.

Ingredients: Fettucine pasta, Alfredo Sauce, Butter, Minced Chicken, Salt and Seasoning for the meat.

A Memory....

Good Morning. I just wanted to share with you guys a memory from my childhood. My cousin April is the one standing. Her sister which is also my cousin Amanda is at the bottom on the right and I am on the left. This was taken at my home which I still currently live in. This was taken on the gallery steps.

Carnival 2k16

Good Morning. I didn't have a post last week Sunday (Carnival Sunday) because I came home around after 1 in the afternoon from working in a fete. So I decided this week I will have two posts up. Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th of February was Carnival. Just like last year, this year I worked for the Carnival season. I worked at a couple of fetes. On Carnival Sunday I went to the capital of Port of Spain when I came from the fete, I went with my family members to see Kiddies Carnival. It was great. Overall I had a great Carnival season. I plan on partying plus also working for Carnival 2017 once god spears life.

Guayaguayare Beach

Hey, Good Morning Guys and welcome to a new day, a new week and a new month. It is unbelievably crazy to know that we are already in February. The new year of 2016 has just started and a month has already gone by.

On Sunday my cousin had her Christmas lime at her home in Guayaguayare. Yes I know Christmas is already over. But it ain't over for my family until we visit all the houses lol. Sunday was the last though. My cousin lives close to the beach so you just have to walk through a track at the back of the house.

I had the most amazing day on Sunday. My aunt hired a maxi for the family. It was jokes all the way to Guayaguayare and back. Even though my cousin had her Second Saturday and Baptism there this was my first time being there. I was unable to attend the both times. I really enjoyed myself and it has been forever since I went to the beach so it was much needed.
