Movie Review: Fast and Furious 7

Last weekend I saw Fast & Furious 7 and I strongly do not regret it. I was never a fan of the franchise so I might have just seen like the first 2 movies. So when it started I was a little lost at first but my cousin informed me. I was always a fan of Paul Walker, he is a great actor. I really enjoyed the movie. It is one of the best action films I have seen in a very long while. I highly recommend watching this movie. It was nice to know that Paul Walker's brothers stepped in for him for them to finish the movie. And at the end it had a dedication to him. It was honestly nice but heart breaking at the same time to see this tribute and to know that this great actor is gone. But he is in a much better place and his legacy will live on. R.I.P Paul Walker. Gone too soon.

My Cousin Amanda Birthday Lime

Yesterday was my cousin's birthday and she turned 23 years old. She decided that she wanted to go to the mall to watch a movie and also to go and have a drink at a restuarant called j malone. We got to the mall at 5:15 and she wasn't there yet so my cousin thia and I decided to walk around a bit until they came.When they came they made the decision to not watch the original movie we had planned to see at 6:50 which was mall cop 2 and watch fast and furious 7 instead at 9:30 (Review coming soon). We had a lot of time to kill so we went to J malone's but one of them wasnt wearing proper clothes so we couldnt get to go in so we went to another restuarant called Bootleggers instead but was only able to sit in the outside section because of the person's dresscode. We had a great time. We had drinks and food. The conversations was magnificent. Afterwards we went and watch the movie. It wasn't as sad as I expected it to be as everyone was saying. It was really good I enjoyed it. So after it was over we dropped some of them home and the rest of us went to a food outlet place called Pavili Yum and I had a burger. The best burger I have ever tasted. It was freshly made and hot. After that we went to a club called Palace. We stayed about 2 hours it was so packed and people was only bouncing us and we wasn't really feeling the vibe so we decided to leave. But overall I had a great night with friends and family and I know my cousin really enjoyed her birthday.
At the moment I am finishing up some school work for the upcoming week. I hope you all have a great and productive week.

My Cousin Helice Wedding Day

Last week Sunday (Easter Sunday) was my cousin's wedding. It was suppose to begin at 2 p.m but it didn't start until about 3 o'clock. When I got there it had already begun. The ceremony was pretty fast. Every thing was happening at one place. So we sat and waited, while they went to a little park nearby to take photos. But they took so long to do everything. After the speeches was over, we had dinner which was about at 6:30 p.m. It was so ridiculous. A lot of people left right after because the groom's family was coming from very far. So it was only her side of the family that was there afterwards. They cleared the chairs and table soon afterwards so everyone can start dancing. I had a really great time. I haven't been to any party or anything like that in a very long time. I got home at 2 in the morning.

I wish her all the best in her marriage. I know she has been through a lot so I hope everything works out for her. She is also about 5-6 months pregnant. Even though it doesn't look like that at all. She also has a 6 year old boy from a previous relationship but the dad died a few years ago. It is glad to see her happy again. I hope everyone has a great Sunday and a productive week.

1. Saturday I had a hair appointment. I relaxed my hair. But my hair could never grow because the hairdresser is always cutting it. I does wonder to myself whether hairdresser's doesn't like to see your hair longer than theirs. Btw the hairdresser is my aunt. I don't mind now and then the ends getting clipped but when she starts to cut a lot I get annoyed and then gets vex more than me when I don't want it cut. 

2. On Tuesday i went and do a little shopping. I had to get a pair of shoes for my cousins wedding so i bought these nude heels but I really wanted a wedge but I didn't get it.

3.After walking around the entire mall we were starving so we bought pizza. I was too hungry to take out a picture before we started eating.

4. I was getting the 2:30 feeling while I was on work. Some days I just doesn't feel like it but I have to make that money.

5.Thursday I had an ultrasound appointment at the hospital. It was the worst. I got there at 9 and didn't leave till after 1 and I still didn't do it. They gave me another date to come back in 3 months. I was so upset.

6.On Good Friday I went to an annual walk it has every year on good Friday in my home town. They recreate scenes from the bible.

7.I tried flexi rods for the first time in my hair for my cousin's wedding that is this afternoon at two o'clock.

College Post #2: Bullet Journal

Hey everyone. Good Morning and Happy Sunday.  I am back with a college post today. I started with having all sorts of random lists and notes all over the place. One day when I was scrolling through tumblr i stumbled upon bullet journalling. And i think it's the best thing. In my opinion it's better than a planner/agenda. Here is how i organize my bullet journal and I will also put a YouTube video of where i also got some inspiration from to do mine.

The first thing is the key of the symbols that you will be using throughout.

Bullet journal is basically putting all your random lists, ideas, dates that you jot down on pieces of paper into to one book just to have it all in one place. Rather than having a whole set of paper in your hand bag or all over the place. I am obsessed with it. It helps me out a lot with things I have to remember to do. It's great for a student who works like me and also for a mother or just anyone in general who likes to be organized. Tomorrow is a holiday in my country called Spiritual Baptist Liberation Day so I will be home catching up on school work. My new phone: Samsung galaxy S5 mini

I have been needing a phone for quite some time now. The other one that I had was the Samsung galaxy s and it doesn't have much space. So it was slowing down. It wasn't accepting or making calls. It was just a pain.  So I decided to go and get myself a brand new one.  I bought the Samsung galaxy s5 mini, the blue one. It is the best decision I have made.  It has a lot of space and the camera quality is really clean.  It's just what I need. I was willing to splurge for it because I work hard and stress myself out a lot.  So I don't mind having to spend a large sum of money on myself. As the months go by, I am buying stuff that I really need. But in my opinion it is a really great phone especially for the tech savvy person. I highly recommend it.

P.S. Sorry the lack of creativity and bad quality of this post but I was sick for the past couple of days and I was suppose to go and see Insurgent and do a review on it but I couldn't. This post was done at the last minute. Next week the post will be better. Enjoy your week.

Movie Review: Fifty Shades of Grey

Last week Sunday I had plans to go and see Fifty Shades of Grey with my friends and family but non of them ended up going. And the majority of them didn't even call. So two of my guy friends wanted to see it with me but I ended up declining both of their requests because my entire mood changed. So I looked it up online and I decided to watch it in the comfort of my own home. Which was the best decision I made. With all the hype surrounding the movie, I honestly thought it would have been better. But I didn't like it at all. I spent two hours watching that show and I really felt like if I wasted my time. It's a good thing I didn't go and see it in cinema. Even though I haven't read the book, I knew to myself that there should have been more to that movie. Most of the sex scenes were cut which was really stupid because that is what the show was suppose to be about. The only thing that I really liked from that movie is the song by The Weeknd called Earned it. I love that song. I am still willing to give the movie a second chance so when part two comes out I will watch it but I am not sure if I will be spending my money to go and see it or just see it in the comfort of my own home which I think might be a better idea.
